The great and the meh
The location couldn't be better, we walked mostly everywhere. The staff was super nice and helpful with our questions and requests.
Finding the hotel was pretty tricky with unclear signage.

Front desk was very helpful, the breakfast was excellent and delivered to our room every morning, and the location was perfect for what we wanted to see in Rome. Walking distance to almost everything. We liked the shuttle service that was provided from the airport to the hotel, I don't think we would have found the hotel otherwise!
The sound transmittance through the walls was noticeable. The shower leaked some water onto the floor.

having breakfest in the room, with only one chair is to poor for the still quite high price compared with f.eks. hotel arenula with roof terrasse and breakfest room and relaxroom

The location in the centre of the city. Pleasantly decorated and well-designed rooms with breakfast and TERRIFIC service.

One of the receptionists was very sweet and helpful.
Not a hotel but a floor in a building - no real lobby. The room was pretty stuffy with only an interior window. Also, I became covered in bug bites all of a sudden and I am pretty sure it was from the hotel.

The location of the hotel is really good.
The first thing that struck me was the overall lack of cleanliness. There were suspicious stains on the bedding, and some areas in the shower had mold. The noise levels were unbearable. One night, I barely sleep due to shouting and arguing from other guests.

The location of the hotel was exellent right in the middle of the Historical Rome. The staff of the hotel was the friendliest we have ever met. The hotel room was very clean and had everyting you needed. Breakfast was ok.
The walls were quite thinn but it did not bother us.

Location was perfect, although the hotel was slightly difficult to find at first. Room was small, but clean, same goes with bathroom. Breakfast was nice, but needed some fruit to be adaquate. Airconditioning worked fine.
At times we could here all the sounds from the reception since the door was so thin. Earplugs from farmacy helped though.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from major attractions in Rome. Room cleanliness stood out, with fresh towels every day and attention to detail in cleaning. The staff was genuinely helpful, always ready to assist and even provided their WhatsApp for easy communication. The room was small was nice, especially with luggage. The shower did well in terms of water pressure but faced clogging issues. The sound isolation left something to be desired, as I could hear noises from neighboring rooms clearly. Despite these issues, the affordable pricing makes it a worthwhile option.

Location
The room pictured on-line was not the room we thought we were getting, although it was decorated as such( I think they are all decorated the same) it was so tiny my husband and I could not walk by each other! It should have been a room with a single bed and one small person! The bed spread was dirty and torn because the room was so small when they bring you you coffee there no room to set the tray anywhere but on the bed. My husband could shut the bathroom door laying in bed! It was a disappointment , we stayed for both nites because on a six week trip it was just to much trouble after checking in . The coffee was terrible as was the morning offering of food. There is no restaurant or elevator, there for we had to get the luggage up 4 flights of stairs:( If you stay, I would ask to see the room before even doing any paper work. We did see the room they show on-line when it was being cleaned, it was larger.

This hotel is in such a prime location. Located very near Piazza Navona and Campo Fiore area. Its also a quick walk across the bridge to Trastevere and about a 20-30 minute walk to the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. The staff is wonderful as well, very helpful and always available; and they serve a great little breakfast every morning, brought right to your room at whatever time you request! The rooms are a little small, but we were hardly in it, as we wanted to be out and about the whole time. I would definitely stay here again, for the price you cant beat this place.
The bathroom was tiny, a little hard to function in. There was not much space for luggage, but there was enough room to slide your suitcase under the bed when not using it, that really helped.

A lovely hotel with lovely staff. The rooms are quaint although small. A mini bar/fridge in the room was very useful, especially with a supermarket nearby. Breakfast is served in the room each morning which is lovely. Aircon is good. For its location, its price effective.
The rooms we had were so small you could touch all the walls from your bed. The breakfast is not great but its not a deal breaker. I would still, however, recommend the hotel if you want good price and location.

Monica and the Night-shift Manager were fantastic!! Always very polite and helpfull - and always trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible - which they did; they make the place great!!!!!
The only gripe I have is that although we did not phone ahead and change the booking from a "3 people" booking to a "2 people" booking, we were only given a room designated for 2 people and were charged for a "3 people" booking (except for a 30Euro discount) for three nights!! This spoilt the experience as we were expecting to pay for 2 people as it was only a room for two people, but when we were checking out and paying the bill, we were told we jad to pay for a "3 people" booking - as per the original reservation!!! :-( I don't expect to get any response to this, - but it would be nice if I did!!
